Chateau Mammoth in conjunction with the local real estate companies can now offer you "Mammoth Ski Leases" or a long term lease rather than booking a place everytime you want to come to Mammoth.
This is a perfect way to go if you are a season pass holder, a die hard Mammoth ski reosrt fan, or if your kids are on the Mammoth Ski Team. Our rentals come in all sizes and prices from basic to luxury. Different houses have different policies, but generally the tenant is responsible for utilities, cleaning, firewood and possibly snow removal in addition to the monthly fee. Long Term Rentals can be both furnished or unfurnished, and the specific amenities are subject to the property.
Mammoth long term rentals do not last long on the market since there is not that many, so we suggest that if you are thinking of one for an upcoming season, you let us know so that we can keep our eyes open for you. This is a fee based service.. but worth it if you want a nice place to live. We don't do green shag, but have a few in all price ranges.
